UX/UI Design: HRx

HRx is a Vancouver startup that provides technology solutions to address unconscious bias in hiring. Their aim is to make recruitment fair and efficient. I worked with their CEO to design a new website and create the look & feel for their primary product--a web service for companies looking to hire qualified candidates for open positions.

One of the primary functions of HRx is to display search results of job candidates, so it was important to design a way of displaying that information in a modular way that displays enough information. We went through a number of iterations, eventually developing a card-based display that balances functionality and info density.

It was important to HRx that users be able to preview information for each candidate returned by a search. We went through several iterations of layouts to find the right balance of detail and readability for the search results screen.
